In addition to its specific principles, the UN Declaration of Human Rights also addresses the human rights education approach. The Islamic Republic of Iran, considering the acceptance of the Declaration of Human Rights, has considered the approach of human rights education with regard to the content of Islamic human rights and taking into account internal considerations. Given this approach, the question of the present study is what distinguishes the approach of the Islamic Republic of Iran to human rights education in the light of international instruments, including the United Nations Human Rights Institution? Findings show that Islamic human rights education has a religious aspect compared to the international institutional approach and pays attention to the concurrence of rights and duties. In addition, human rights education should focus on promoting the principles of dignity, spirituality, attention to human perfection and well-being, as well as the divine foundations for human well-being. It is in this way that existing approaches are criticized by international bodies, including the United Nations human rights body. The method of the present research is descriptive-analytical and the method of data collection is library.  حقوق بشر موضوعی جهانی و فراگیر است که به فراخور نیازهای هر جامعه و بر اساس مقتضیات سیاسی، اجتماعی، اقتصادی، فرهنگی و ایدئولوژیکی چهره­های متفاوتی پیدا می­کند. اعلامیه حقوق بشر سازمان ملل متحد علاوه بر اصول خاص خود، رویکرد آموزش حقوق بشر را نیز مورد توجه قرار داده است. ج.ا.ایران با توجه به پذیرش اعلامیه حقوق بشر، رویکرد آموزش حقوق بشر را با توجه به محتوای حقوق بشر اسلامی و با در نظر گرفتن ملاحظات داخلی در نظر گرفته است. با توجه به همین رویکرد، سؤال پژوهش حاضر این است که وجه تمایز رویکرد ج.ا. ایران نسبت به آموزش حقوق بشر در پرتو اسناد بین­المللی از جمله نهاد حقوق بشر سازمان ملل متحد شامل چه مواردی است؟ یافته­ها نشان می­دهد که آموزش حقوق بشر اسلامی در مقایسه با رویکرد نهادی بین­المللی، وجهی دینی دارد و بر همزمانی حقوق و تکالیف توجه نشان می­دهد. به علاوه اینکه، آموزش حقوق بشر می­بایست معطوف به ترویج اصول کرامت، معنویت، توجه به کمال و سعادت انسانی و همچنین بنیادهای الهی برای سعادت انسانی باشد. در این صورت است که رویکردهای موجود توسط نهادهای بین­المللی از جمله نهاد حقوق بشر سازمان ملل مورد انتقاد قرار می­گیرند. روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی –تحلیلی و شیوه جمع­آوری اطلاعات کتابخانه­ای است. https://www.rahyaftjournal.ir/article_130456_ce5ff6102ac2abd09d3f10610e115164.pdf
