Therefore, accepting the people's vote, not accepting it or a combination of these two methods and considering the conditions and criteria for the compatibility of the values ​​of society and political agents is the main concern of political systems. The present study seeks to examine the perspective of the Constitutional Law of the Islamic Republic of Iran on the appointment of political agents. The research question is that the obvious difference between the legal system of J.A. What is Iran about appointing political agents? The answer that can be provided is that political agents in the Islamic Republic of Iran are elected through elections and their direct and indirect votes or through the guardianship, which shows the Islamic political system's attention to the principles of expertise, people's vote and enjoyment. The present research has dealt with this issue through descriptive-analytical method and using documentary and library resources. رویکردهای تعیین کارگزاران سیاسی قبل از هر چیز تحت تأثیر ایدئولوژی های سیاسی هر جامعه، قوانین و قواعد حقوقی آن تعیین می شود. بنابراین پذیرش رأی مردم، عدم پذیرش آن و یا ترکیبی از این دو شیوه و در نظر گرفتن شروط و معیارهایی برای سازگاری ارزش های جامعه و کارگزاران سیاسی دغدغه اصلی نظام های سیاسی است. پژوهش حاضر درصدد است تا به بررسی دیدگاه حقوق اساسی ج.ا.ایران درباره تعیین کارگزاران سیاسی بپردازد. سؤال پژوهش این است که وجه تفاوت بارز نظام حقوقی ج.ا. ایران درباره تعیین کارگزاران سیاسی کدام است؟ پاسخی که می توان ارائه کرد این است که کارگزاران سیاسی در ج.ا.ایران از طریق انتخابات و رأی مستقیم و غیرمستقیم آنان و یا نصب از طریق ولی صورت می گیرند که نمایانگر توجه نظام سیاسی اسلامی به اصول تخصص، رأی مردم و همچنین برخورداری کارگزاران از ارزش های اسلامی و صفات الهی است. متصف بودن به دین و ارزش های دینی، صفات نیکو و همچنین نسپردن اداره جامعه اسلامی به کارگزارانی ناشایست نیازمند دخالت ولی فقیه بر مبنای اصل مصلحت و از طریق حکم حکومتی است. پژوهش حاضر از روش توصیفی-تحلیلی و بهره گیری از منابع اسنادی و کتابخانه ای به موضوع مزبور پرداخته است. https://www.rahyaftjournal.ir/article_143624_5c8630686fab73d7471e3b5f0f2e053f.pdf
