Abstract
The question of the present study is what are the components of the duties of governance in the Islamic system in the field of human rights? And what strategy has the Islamic government taken to expand and deepen the teachings of human rights? The hypothesis of the article is based on: the responsibility of protection as a doctrine of the new generation of government, the protection of the internal rights of citizens in Islamic society, attention to the right to life and its components, and the responsibility to protect members of society against foreign aggression and threats. It pays attention to the components of human rights in the Islamic system. Modeling Islamic human rights through educating citizens, establishing and launching a national human rights institution, interacting and synergizing internal and external bodies in charge of Islamic human rights, and allocating the necessary resources to educate and explain the rights of the new generation, including the right to the environment, the right to Education of children and women, the right to health, the right to human security and the right to benefit from information and awareness are among the strategies that the government in the Islamic system can use in connection with the spread of human rights. The method used in this article is a descriptive and analytical method based on documentary sources and libraries.
