Abstract
Todays, cooperatives are a good leverage for economic and social development, which can be effective in optimal efficiency of living conditions, work and production, and promote the level of income and socioeconomic status of the community. On the other hand, the implementation of a resilient economy requires the implementation of policies related to the field of employment and production, and in this way, the use of the capacities of the cooperative sector should also be deserved. Therefore, this paper aims to prove the applicability of the cooperative method as a successful social and economic instrument in all societies, including the Iranian society, on the one hand, and to examine the extent to which the main objectives of the cooperative sector in Iran were achieved during the post-Islamic revolution, and in particular in On the other hand, the issue of resistance economy is being carried out so that we can continue to rationalize and more objectively by creating such a persuasive way in the community on the basis of the actions taken in the cooperative sector, while analyzing the existing achievements. The statistical population of this research consists of two groups of cooperative management staff working in the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare and Managers of active cooperatives in the production and service sectors of Kurdistan province. In this research, for analyzing the collected data from structural equations, confirmatory factor analysis method, especially the PPS method and t-test, have been used. The results of the study indicate that the content of the laws and regulations, the method of decision-making, the implementation of laws and regulations.
