The requirements of "maintaining order" in Ayatollah Khamenei's political thought

Abstract
The "preservation of the Islamic system" for the establishment of divine sovereignty and the possibility of practical translation of Islam and its teachings is a red line in the political thought of the leaders of the Islamic Revolution. The present article examines the political thought of Ayatollah Khamenei by asking a question about the rules of "maintaining order" and its requirements. The studies of this article by analyzing the internal documents and re-analyzing the related texts and data, including the direct texts of the Supreme Leader's statements, showed that in his political thought, "maintaining order" means only with legitimate and justified means. Also, "maintaining the system" means preserving the essence of what is in the thought of the leadership according to the national interests and their correct recognition. For the leadership, "maintaining order" is then "feasible", "responsible" and "real" to pursue national interests that are subject to national identity, and "maintaining order" in the interpretation of leadership is "rationality" It must be "basic justice", "basic spirituality" and "revolutionary".
